Recently had an over-priced perm that didn't last ...

Recently had an over-priced perm that didn't last even a month! Called to complain...but b/c it had been 4 weeks and I didn't call - they would not refund my money. I was offered a consultation, but if there was any indication of curl - no refund. Prices are extremely high - even for a hair cut. There are better salons out there!
