Most of the long term good staff have been terrorized, bullied, abused and eventually chased away by two of the upper managers who were, by some unfathomable reason, not fired when the new CEO took over even though their antics were brought forward. These two managers still work at Winnifried! This association is also one of the only ones that has lost money (coincidentally, for years some of the upper managers would go gambling on their lunch breaks and after work). As a result, the workers had to take a pay cut, but not the managers of course! This association also rarely listens to the input of their day workers and will place a worker with a violent client despite the workers concerns or overburden a worker with too many clients. This association badly needs to be investigated forensically by an independent third party.
