I recently had the opportunity to utilize Crowd Assist for an issue I was facing. I must say, the experience was not what I expected. The website was easy to navigate, but the response time was slow, and the instructions were confusing. It took longer than anticipated to resolve my issue. Overall, I was disappointed with the service provided.
