I had a mixed experience with Studio H. While their customer service was excellent and they were able to answer all of my questions, I found their website to be a bit confusing and hard to navigate. The overall quality of their products is great and I was happy with my purchase. However, I think there is room for improvement in terms of user experience on their website.
