Extremely rude and unprofessional! I called in an attempt to schedule an appointment for a routine physical and to establish a primary care facility in Orlando. I asked the individual who answered the phone a few questions regarding insurance they accept, in which she refused to answer my questions; instead, she responded "call me back when you have your specific insurance information and hung up." Doctor's offices should be much more welcoming and friendly and this one doesn't appear to fit that at all.
