The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room didn't match the reservation at all - twin beds, not double, no air conditioning, broken hair dryer, scratched and worn furniture, towels were falling apart, the whole hotel needs redecorating. No hot food available at breakfast. Truly terrible. London's own Fawlty Towers!
