Was this year so far a permanent guest in this hotel and always fascinated by the team, the team has adapted only conditions in the hotel. The restaurant has always been bad and you were used to having to go back meals (even multiple times) because you were burned (also plain and obvious things like a toast). But it can be even worse this week has shown me again the breakfast. The staff already started with the manager very, very listless and with a please do not talk to me mentality. Permanent guests or just customers who have already left a lot of money in the hotel are not honored. I do not need special in the morning but when I realize that obvious damage is ignored and dirt is not seen, sorry then something goes wrong. There are small oases in the hotel such as the coffee left of the entrance where you can have a snack or just enjoy a coffee or the English pub, both still managed by longtime staff who appreciate the personal interaction. I can only say for myself that hotel does not deserve its stars, so if nothing changes in the short term I would rather visit the competition in town.
