Parlam has provided an average experience overall. The website is easy to navigate, but the customer service could use improvement. The response time was slower than expected and the representatives seemed uninformed about certain products. However, the prices were competitive and the shipping was quick. I would consider shopping with them again, but I hope to see better customer service in the future.
