I have been a customer of Advanced Audio Alabama INC for several years now, and I must say that their service is average. The quality of their products is decent, but I have experienced a few issues with the devices I purchased. The customer support is responsive and tries to resolve the problems, but sometimes their solutions don't fully fix the issue. Overall, I would rate them as average.
