*** UPDATE: shortly after this review, the company contacted me and corrected the situation, by cancelling the job. I appreciate their quick response. ***

Due to COVID difficulties, I had to call them and cancel the appointment that I had made with them. The contract was only a week old for a total of $1,500 (4 panels) and the service was to be performed in 20 days. They informed me that I couldn t cancel because I was outside of 3 days since I signed, reprimanded me for not reading my contract, and told me if I cancel, they d place a lien against my house. I am not a fan of companies with no empathy and human compassion (especially during a global pandemic), and won t be doing business with them anymore.
