Turtle Back Zoo is an ideal place for the younger set: just big enough to keep kids involved and interested, not so big that they are exhausted. The facility is very clean and well maintained, there are clean restroom facilities and a clean dining area. Concessions are well run. The parking structure is very convenient. Many local libraries have discount passes, which is certainly worth checking into. Our gang really enjoyed the penguins and the train ride.
