I am writing this review to complain about the lack of general and professional preparation of some of its employees. I tested the "quality" of the service in spite of myself in Castelletto Ticino and Verbania. The first girl was very superficial and hasty in the explanations, which is a bad thing for those who are not a technological fox like me. The second even worse, vague answers, is never her job, perhaps because she just has to sell and assist takes away "precious" time, as well as spending some time on her cell phone before assisting you. I advise you to pay more attention to who you choose, otherwise you will only lose customers.
