I recently had the pleasure of attending a pig roast catered by Dos Cubanos and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The food was incredibly flavorful, with the perfect balance of smokiness and tenderness. The pig was roasted to perfection, with crispy skin and juicy meat that just melted in my mouth. The sides were equally as delicious, with flavorful beans, tangy coleslaw, and warm cornbread. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who were attentive to all our needs.
