Went there for a an underlying condition...was in ...

Went there for a an underlying condition...was in severe pain. They ran some tests after several hours of wait and then sent me home without any test results and said we will call you. A week later they called and said the tests somehow didnot go through. So please go see your family doctor and get them done again.
If I had to see my family doctor ,why would I go to the ER in the first place.
