I have been using Simmersion for quite some time now and I must say, their services are average. The website is easy to navigate and the overall user experience is satisfactory. However, there is room for improvement in terms of their customer support. The response time is relatively slow and the solutions provided are not always efficient. It would be great if they could work on this aspect.
