I recently purchased a 3D printer from this company and overall, I had a decent experience. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, 🤔 I expected a bit more from the product itself. The printer worked fine, but there were some minor issues with the print quality and occasional jams. The customer support was helpful in resolving these issues, but their response time could have been better. On the positive side, the printer was delivered on time and was well-packaged. The price was reasonable for what I got, but I feel like there are probably better options out there. Overall, it's an average experience, nothing spectacular but nothing terrible either. 😐
