AVOID AT ALL COST! Would give 0 stars if possible!...

AVOID AT ALL COST! Would give 0 stars if possible!

A package destined to arrive 2 days ago got delayed twice in a row.
When asked for the reason of these delays and if another day can be scheduled to deliver my package, customer service just says NOPE. I cannot ensure someone is home every day all day just because they are incapable of delivering anything.
