I have been a customer of Metro Referrals, Inc. for the past five years and I must say, their service is average. While they do provide a decent range of products and have a user-friendly website, their customer support is lacking. There have been several instances where I had to wait for days to get a response to my queries. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
