I have been a customer of Terecel inc. for several years now, and I must say that their service is average. Although they have a great website at terecel.com, I find that their customer support could be improved. The response time to my inquiries is quite slow, and sometimes it takes several days before I get a resolution to my issues. However, their pricing is competitive and I have never had any major problems with their products.
