I recently booked a tour through their website and found the interface to be user-friendly. However, I was disappointed with the lack of variety in tour options and destinations. The customer service was satisfactory, but the response time for my inquiries was quite slow. The tour itself was average; the itinerary was predictable, and the accommodations were satisfactory but not outstanding. I would suggest expanding their tour options to include more off-the-beaten-path destinations and adding more unique experiences to make the tours more memorable.
