I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Times Square, and the views from the room were amazing. The staff were friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. However, I did notice that some areas of the hotel seemed a bit outdated and in need of renovation. The room was clean but felt a bit cramped, and the amenities were not as modern as I expected. Additionally, the noise from the street below was quite loud, which made it difficult to sleep at times. Overall, my stay was average, with some positives and some areas for improvement. I would consider staying here again for the location, but I hope to see some updates in the future.
