I had an average experience with Sure Grip Controls. The website suregripcontrols.com is user-friendly and informative. However, the customer service could have been better. The response time was a bit slow, and the quality of their answers was mediocre. Nevertheless, the product I purchased was of decent quality and met my expectations. I would consider buying from suregripcontrols.com again, but I hope they make improvements to their customer service.
