I requested help in choosing a 16-port rotary union for a complex industrial application. The customer support and technical assistance were excellent.

They followed up with a call or two to check on the status of the order, but it was not intrusive.
Also, the lead time for delivery is on the order of two weeks, which in my business is great.

After receiving the equipment, I realized I had forgotten to order an accessory. I was able to resolve this quickly with customer support and had it ordered and delivered quickly.

I would definitely recommend DSTI to engineers or designers.
