I recently took a floral design course at floral design institute and it was a decent experience. 🌸 The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. The course content was informative, but I wish there was more variety in the types of arrangements taught. The instruction was clear and the instructors were professional. However, the pace of the course felt a bit rushed. The physical location of the institute was also a bit small and could have been more spacious. The customer service was average, as they responded to my emails promptly but lacked a personal touch. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of course variety and customer interaction.
