I have been a client of ROA for the past 12 years. I have found their entire staff to be well educated and up to speed with all the new technology involved with the ofice equipment industry. Tony Sourji has been my sales rep for the entire 12 years. That alone is amazing in an industry where personnel bounce around more than a basketball.

While working with ROA, we have upgraded our equipment 3 times. We are currently in the midst of another upgrade. I also work with 2 other vendors in the Southern California area. By far, ROA is more technically advanced and is always willing to meet with me to discuss the pros and cons of upgrading equipment. They take the time to make sure they understand all of my needs and concerns.
