If it weren't for the lifetime warranty, I would have definitely bought my car from elsewhere. Internet manager Ryclyffe pulled the classic bait n switch trick on me to get me to come to the dealership. He "made a mistake" and sent me the quote for LX instead of Sport because he sends out a lot of quotes and he's "a human." Mustafa from the finance department had a frown on his face from the first moment I saw him. Then he seemed annoyed and mad after I declined extended warranty, financing with them, and other offers he made. The car cleaners just put bunch of tire shining spray on the wheels and removed all the plastic wraps from inside and ran it through the car wash as part of their "detailing" service for delivery. I had to clean the car myself as I was too busy to get it re-cleaned that day.
