I recently adopted a cat from Animal Refuge Kansai (ARK), and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff at ARK were extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to get to know me and understand what I was looking for in a pet. The adoption fee was also very reasonable, especially considering all of the care and medical treatment that the animals at ARK receive. I would highly recommend ARK to anyone looking to adopt a pet.
