Horribly neglected, overgrown in spots, dead plant...

Horribly neglected, overgrown in spots, dead plants all over and missing plant signage. Then we'd see signage and there would be no plant. A big letdown. I cant believe anyone in their right mind could give this a 5 star review. The bistro is nice but, that is about it.
