Everyone I have worked with has been freindly and professional. Frank laid out the contract very clearly and took time out of his packed schedule to answer questions after it was signed (we changed to a family plan). If you show up regularly, the front staff will remember you, and even remember what you are there for if you are taking classes. Be curtious to them, and they will be curtious to you.

The thing I most love about apple is they consider all age groups. I have really cheap daycare (with awesome people) watching my 2 youngest, a gym specifically for older kids, and there are seperate locker rooms for families. This is nice for me, because I dont have to worry about my kids accidently tripping someone older or who needs special services in between lockers or bathroom stalls.
When you sign up, you get 2 sessions with a personal trainer who will teach you how to use the equipment and help you set goals for yourself. So really, if you have an accident on it, its because you weren't paying attention.

Lastly, the price is worth it *IF* you show up to use it. I have 7 in my family, and apple is very competitive with kid rates, which is why we go there. Be smart about your personal situation, and dont sign if you are not willing/able to pull through on your end. If you are, then go for it!
