I have placed many complaints to the Helth Department, seems nothing get done...
Harris Health Care Center North at 60 Eben Brown Ln, Central Falls, RI 02863 keeps litering, dumping trash, empty boxes, gloves around its property , it's atracting rats, mice, animals, trash blowing to our private properties. *Please have them correct the issue.*
I placed many complaints with The Director Elaine Patrick of Central Falls *BUT* She is friends with the Harris and do many favor for them, so nothing gets done.
Their seniors walk around alone unattended on the middle of the street, one of them stole my package, Their delivery truck, land escaping truck , employees & visitors park on my private property. The owner Chris knows but he ignore the issue... Dogs with out leash walking in my property doing their business. This people have a little to no respect for me or our our neighborhood.
