I recently used The Passmore Group for a home renovation project and overall, it was a pretty average experience. The quality of their work was decent, but it didn't exceed my expectations. The customer service was satisfactory, but there were a few instances where they could have been more proactive in providing updates. The pricing was reasonable and within my budget. They completed the project within the agreed timeline, which was appreciated. Overall, I would say they are an average company to work with.
