I had a mixed experience with the Epping Forest District Council. While some aspects of their services were satisfactory, there were definitely areas where improvement is needed. The staff was generally helpful, although their response time could have been quicker. The website was informative and easy to navigate. However, I found the online payment system to be quite inconvenient and buggy. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
