Guthrie Job Corps is a place where students or attendants connot feel safe to learn. Too many fights. Too many drugs. Earlier today, my friend was unable to be released and visit his family because a student had smoke weed inside a wing. The whole wing which consists of about 50 is now in trouble. There are many ways to deal with this type os situation instead of holding 50 people from their families.
