Staying at your hotel was a great experience. However, before arriving I used the app to pay for my room rate and deposit in full in advanced and checked in online. On arrival, reception staff had no information regarding this and requested I pay another deposit, I refused and showed them my application status and bank account transaction. This caused a delay after more than 12hrs of travel. I experienced the same issue on check out, having already payed for my room rate in full prior to arrival, on check out I was requested to pay for the room, if I had not once again refused, I would have been charged twice for my stay, I carried out same process of authenticating my claim providing evidence of my transaction, this again caused a delay and I was not satisfied with this service. Please make updates to your system so that the reality of the situation is reflected in your check in computers and so your staff are aware of your guests that have already paid for their room in advance. The soul purpose of checking in and out online was to expedite this process however it caused a greater delay due to a lack of knowledge by your staff.
