Here is my dealings with this company. I called to make an appointment last Tuesday for service and spoke to Jesse since Jennifer wasn t in..he said he would call me to confirm by Saturday 8/8 for Monday/Tuesday only because I said I work from home on Tuesday s so I called because I need to work at my job location tomorrow (Tuesday) needless to say I called this morning to get confirmation and he said he totally forgot..that s unacceptable that just means he totally dismissed my request for this Monday period. Totally disappointed since I was referred to this company by my place of employment. He had a lot of nerve telling me not to get upset after he told me he totally forget I told him i would just find another company he said just find another company and hung up. Just wow..this speaks volumes of this guy and this company.
