I've been a member of Atlética Central UFRRJ for several months now and I couldn't be happier. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the gym itself is clean and well-maintained. The range of equipment is impressive and I never have to wait to use a machine. The classes are great too, especially the spinning and boxing classes. I highly recommend this gym!
