I have been a customer of SLIMLINE for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they do deliver on time and the products are of decent quality, there is room for improvement. The customer support can be slow to respond at times and the prices could be more competitive. Overall, I would say SLIMLINE is an average company to do business with.
