I like presentations and materials. Material is well organised. I like support also, I got prompt reply for any query.

Negative -
Audience is in mute mode, for any question to trainer, need to write in chat. Due to this trainer skipped lots of questions, because everybody put their questions, So I had to type again and again until trainer pay attention to that.

Overall good!!!
