Regretfully, I had to immediately note that the quality of the product was not up to fame: poor power, cleaning left in the middle, enormous difficulties in cleaning the filters (moreover always carried out punctually) forced me to turn to your assistance in Milan where they have replaced the main part of the rotating filters, no longer available, with a piece modified and glued on the spot (cost 25). after about a year, the device, while fully charging the battery, no longer started and showed no signs of life. Brought to your assistance in Imperia, for a long time I no longer had news and, on my initiative, calling to be updated, I was told to go and pick it up because it was not deemed repairable (expense 10.00 for the diagnosis) if not with an expense of about 150.00: in practice a small detail of the goodwill had broken which does not exist among the spare parts but which is part of the motor unit.
Needless to reiterate the great disappointment towards you and the decision to be wary of HOOVER branded products in the future.
