Their customer care team is made up of very young, inexperienced staff who are confident, however incredibly condescending and totally lacking in any experience, in anything really. There is a total inability to resolve any issues, and it s impossible to speak to someone above the customer assistant level.

At one point in a conversation with one of the many customer assistance I had spoken to, I asked how to escalate my issue, of which she replied, you could send an email, but honestly, that won t make any difference! .
