Epic insurance is an average insurance company. Their customer service could be improved, but overall, I've had a decent experience with them. The rates are competitive, and they offer a good range of coverage options. However, their website is not very user-friendly, and it can be difficult to find the information you need. I would recommend Epic insurance if you're looking for affordable coverage, but don't expect anything exceptional.
