I read all the great reviews of this dealership and was so disappointed not to have the same experience.

I scheduled an appointment to pick up my new vehicle, paperwork wasn t ready, car wasn t clean. It took over two hours to get out of there.

I took my car back to be recleaned. I was told they normally allow an hour to valet so they d like an hour and a half to make sure it was done right. I confirmed it definitely would be done within two hours. The day of the cleaning it turned into two and a half hours, and the car still wasn t as clean as I would have expected - as I was leaving I was pulling leaves out of the trunk, and handed the salesman a receipt belonging to the former owner also from the trunk!

They did replace the broken gas cap, which I greatly appreciated. (I was surprised this hadn t been caught when the car went through the CPO process)

I did expect exceptional customer service, but this is Mercedes Benz!

**12/10/18 Update
Today I moved my front passenger seat for the first time. I heard a strange crinkling noise. Imagine my surprise when I found the cellophane from a cigarette pack, a half eaten dorito, and a receipt from a gas station in Georgia! My car was supposed to have been detailed not once, but twice! How is it possible to properly detail a car a miss something like this?

The GM will definitely be receiving the call back he requested.
