Staff was very friendly and accommodating, particularly the dental assistant James, who actually performed the Zoom brightening treatment. However, I expected to have been treated by Dr. Dorfman personally. He cordially introduced himself, and said he would return after the process was complete, which was disorienting - again - because I went to see him personally. He never returned after that brief introduction, which I felt was less than ideal service. All and all, the service provided by James was excellent. I would hope to have more personalized service from Dr. Dorfman if I were to consider seeing him regularly.
