I am a CUSTOMER and I have been using Brizonia for quite some time now. I must say, the overall experience has been average. There were a few glitches here and there, but nothing major. The website is easy to navigate, but could use some improvements in terms of design and user interface. The customer service is responsive and helpful. Overall, I would rate Brizonia as an average company.
