I have went through the culinary arts program and I start the degree program soon. I feel like the culinary program should be longer due the the curriculum that we are expected to learn and how much we are paying for the program. I personally had two different chefs while attending and both taught in wildly different ways. not to mention the second chef came half way through the year. Half of the time certain equipment like the oven or the sinks wouldn't work or we couldn't use them. The vibe of the campus is very nice though. But if you are looking into going into culinary arts and you have the means to travel to another school i would advise you to look into it as we were not treated as well as the other certificate programs and the degree programs. The teachers try their best but they can only do so much with the state of the kitchens. I'm hoping that the degree program will be more structured.
