I had an average experience with Ken (pvt) ltd. The website ken.com.pk was easy to navigate and find the information I was looking for. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives were not very helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting me. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a great experience, but it wasn't terrible either.
