Ordered an OLX item through UAPAY. The seller was unable to send the broth and the order was canceled. The money was not returned to the card, the seller did not receive it either. Spent half a day on "communication" with support services. UAPAY claims that it cannot return money to my card and advises to get a new card (!!!) Allegedly there is something wrong with my card, although it is valid and not blocked. Maybe I would have believed this "fairy tale" if I had not repeatedly received on this card a refund from foreign and Ukrainian online stores. As a result, two weeks passed and neither money nor goods. Goodbye, UAPAY!
