I have been using security systems for a while and tried Octopus alarms as well. Their security system is good and provides adequate protection for my house. The customer support team was helpful in setting up the system and addressing my queries. However, I found the system a bit expensive compared to other alternatives in the market. Nonetheless, it's a decent option if you don't mind the price.
