I have been a customer of Virtual konnect for over a year now, and I must say they are average. Their services are decent, but not exceptional. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I have had a few issues with their customer support. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response, and they don't always resolve the problem in a timely manner. Overall, I would rate them as average.
