As a customer of Ritché bridal, I must say that I had an average experience with the company. The customer service was not outstanding, but it was not terrible either. The staff was helpful, but sometimes it felt like they were just going through the motions. The quality of the bridal gowns was decent, but there were a few minor issues with the stitching. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
